What is QuikQuik?
QuikQuik.biz is an online courier service that delivers packages of all sizes throughout the Greater Monrovia region via mobile phone or computer. Powered by Cookshop.biz, we are the safest, fastest, and most cost effective way to send and receive packages.

Where can I use QuikQuik?
QuikQuik currently serves areas in the Greater Monrovia region of Liberia. We are updating our network each week, so if we're missing something, let us know.

How does it work?
1. You select the origin and destination, and provide details about the package for delivery.
2. We process your request, and update you on your delivery status.
3. We pick up your package and deliver it to your destination!
4. You pay for your delivery online or with cash, and get your reciept.

Do I need to sign up if I already have a Cookshop account?
You do not need to sign up if you already have a Cookshop account. Just log in with the same account details.

How much does it cost?
Delivery fees typically range between USD 1 to USD 10. Fees are automatically calculated based on distance, size, weight, package handling, urgency, and time of day. There is a 7.5% processing fee applied to credit/debit card, mobile money, and other online transactions. Also please note that your card issuer may charge you additional fees.

Can I use my credit card to order online?
QuikQuik is powered by the Cookshop.biz payment platform and accepts Visa and MasterCard/EuroCard online credit/debit card payments using United Bank for Africa's (UBA) U-Collect payment gateway. To pay with your card, just select "Visa or MasterCard" from the "Payment Method" drop down on the "Checkout" page. To avoid inconvenience please alert your credit/debit card issuer that you are using your card in Liberia, West Africa. There is a 7.5% processing fee applied to credit/debit card transactions. Also please note that your card issuer may charge you additional fees.

QuikQuik does not collect or store sensitive financial information such as your credit/debit card account number. We understand that security is a major concern, so we've gone to great lengths to make certain that UBA U-Collect has the proper security standards and compliance in place including PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance, TLS/SSL (Transport Layer Security / Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, three-digit CVV2 (Card Verification Value), and 3-D Secure such as Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode to authenticate transactions.

This marks the first time that online payments are being processed by a local merchant bank in Liberia, and is an important milestone for e-commerce in the country. To ensure your transaction goes as smoothly as possible:

1) Please let your card issuer know that you are making ONLINE payments in Liberia. Your card issuer may find the payment request from a Liberian IP address to be unusual, and decline the transaction.

2) Your browser will be redirected to the U-Collect payment gateway. Please be patient and allow the pages to load completely as you go through the process. Loading pages may take up to 20 seconds.

Can I use Lonestar Cell MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money to order online?
QuikQuik is powered by the Cookshop.biz payment platform.

To make a payment using Lonestar Cell MTN Mobile Money, follow the instructions below after submitting your order:

• Dial *156# and press the call/ok button
• Select 2 for Pay Bill
• Select 00 for Next Page
• Select 1 for Cookshop.biz
• Enter your Reference Code (5 digit from Cookshop website)
• Enter Currency (LRD or USD)
• Enter Amount
• Enter Mobile Money PIN
• Enter any Message (optional)

To make a payment using Orange Money, follow the instructions below after submitting your order:

• Dial *144# and press the call/ok button
• Select 1 for USD
• Select 3 for Pay with Orange Money
• Select 2 for Pay Bill
• Select 1 for Pay Cookshop
• Enter your Reference Code (5 digit from Cookshop website)
• Enter Purchase Amount
• Enter Orange Money PIN

What happens after I submit my order?
Your delivery request is sent electronically to us the instant you click "Send It Now!". One of our Call Center Agents will then process the request. Our Delivery Agents are then dispatched to pickup the package and deliver it straight to its destination.

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
You can if you sent for delivery in the last five minutes. Call us at 0881887610 or 0778112010. The sooner you can let us know, the better off you'll be. In the event of a reimbursment, online payment fees will not be included in the refund. All refunds will be deposited in your Cookshop Account Balance.

What should I do if my food arrives and my order is incorrect?
If you received delivery and there appears to be a problem with your order, please contact the us for an immediate resolution. Our Call Center Agents are always standing by to help as well. You may contact us at help@quikquik.biz or by calling 0881887610 or 0778112010.

Should I give a tip for delivery?
Tipping is not mandatory, but is always appreciated. Tips added on our checkout page are shared equally among all QuikQuik employees. Therefore we encourage you to add a tip on our checkout page, instead of tipping our delivery agent directly. It is customary to tip anywhere between 10%-20% of the total cost of an order.

I forgot my username/password, what do I do?
Your username is generally the email address that you first registered with. To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link. You will need to enter your registered email address and then you will receive an email from QuikQuik that allows you to reset your password.

Can I signup or login with my social media account?
You can signup to use QuikQuik with your social media account (Facebook, Google and Twitter), allowing you to esaliy login to QuikQuik using your social media credentials. If you already have a QuikQuik user account, you can connect to your social media accounts at any time via your profile page. If you have a Cookshop user account balance, your funds will not be connected to your social media account, and will continue to be protected by your PIN number.
